Q - I have really long arms, should I size up in order to get the length I need?

A - No, The length of our coats in both the sleeve and hem length stay fairly consistent within their sizing group. 

Our standard size fit model is 5'10" tall, so our sleeve lengths are cut a bit longer than most brands in XS-XL.

Our Petite sizing is better suited for women under 5'4" in height for sleeve length, overall length and pocket placement.

Our Plus Size Fit Model is 5'5" tall.

***ALL coats and jackets come with a 2" sleeve hem allowance for easy alterations and a few of our coats come with adjustable cuffs so that you can avoid the tailor all together.

You can see our size chart here where the sleeve length is taken from back neck to the wrist (similar to a men's shirt.)

 Q - I see you have Made to Order coats and jackets...Can I have these made to my size measurements or in color of my liking?

A - Unfortunately, no. Please note "made to order" items are made individually to our size standards and fabrications, and are not customizable (made to your measurements or fabric selections.) Custom coats and jackets, while beautiful, do require multiple fit sessions and additional fabric testing that I am unable to accommodate.

**However, please note that we aim to bring you 13 size options in the hopes that you can find something in your size while still being able to return/ exchange if you find that it is not for you. The fabrics selected are chosen with longevity and performance in mind.

Q - Can I return my coat if it doesn't fit me or suit me?

A - Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed under our 30 day return policy. All we ask is that you keep it in its original unworn, unaltered state so that it can go to a new home.

US residents will be provided with a free shipping return label in the case that you would like to make a return.

Q - Where can I try things on?

A- Our line is currently carried through 2 local Chicago-land boutiques, Felt and Exhibit. If you are local, you can also make an appointment to come to my studio.

If you are out of state, or just busy, you are welcome to order multiples through our online store if you are trying to decide between 2 colors or 2 sizes and/ or make returns under our 30 day policy once your items arrive.
