Our Navy Wool Coats come in two styles: the Southport, with its slight A-line cut through the hips, and the Tuxedo Coat, with a cleaner, more tailored line. Both sit at the knee and share the same 100% wool as the rest of the line. We will make another one of our styles in our navy fabric upon request, but the coat will be non-refundable.

Navy works as a softer alternative to black, pairing just as easily with most of a wardrobe while reading a little less formal. It's a good option if you already have black in your closet and want a second neutral.

The Southport is rated 5°F to 35°F, built for real winter cold. The Tuxedo Coat is rated 30°F to 50°F, made more for shoulder season and dressed-up days than the coldest stretch of a Chicago winter. Both are fully lined.

Navy pairs with the same easy neutrals you'd reach for with black, but it also works especially well with camel, cream, and warm browns for a softer look. Wear it open over a knit dress for everyday polish, or belt it over trousers for something dressier. It's an easy color to build a whole cold-weather wardrobe around, without repeating the same all-black uniform every day.
