Refund policy

The Checkroom will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the date on which your order has arrived.

We do not refund initial shipping costs, but we will provide a free return shipping label to you for your return or exchange. 

The Checkroom does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from a retailer other than coatcheckroom.com.

To request a return or exchange, please email liz@coatcheckchicago.com with your order number and details. We will then email you a free return shipping label (US orders only.) Please use your original box and packaging  if possible.

All returned merchandise must be received by The Checkroom in its original condition, not having been worn, damaged or altered in any way.

We will send you an e-mail notification once your return is received and approved to be in good condition. If you are approved for a return/exchange, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days for your purchase minus shipping cost.
